We us the Royal Mail, Interlink Express and City Link to deliver our parcels to you.

Orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days (once payment is cleared, received or authorised), but 28 days should be allowed for out of stock items. We will always try to contact you should the items not be expected to reach you within 7 working days of you placing your order.
The courier will try to deliver the parcel, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the parcel or arrange collection after a card is left.
A charge of £8.00 in addition to the original postage charge will be claimed from any refund due should the parcel be returned to us due to the courier being unable to deliver the parcels or if the customer refuses delivery. Should you wish to change the delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched a charge of £12 is levied by the courier which we pass directly to the customer.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as the consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods as long as they are returned in the condition they were received by you, with the original labels attached and the security band unbroken. We allow you 14 working days starting the day after the goods are received in which to cancel, as long as the goods are returned in the condition they were sent and that the security tags remain intact. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

We never make an exemption to these Terms.

If you are using Royal Mail you are advised to obtain proof of posting. If you fail to return the goods we will arrange collection and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

Security Band

Offers highly visible level of tamper evident protection Closed barrel locking mechanism "Click" sound signifies the seal has been applied correctly Important notice - We fit security bands to our suits which are the same used by security firms and banks. The bands are individually numbered and show tampering. They are attached to our suits through the jacket and waistcoat button hole. This band should remain intact, as if removed we would assume it was so the garment could be worn and that the contract has been accepted.

Once the band is removed we would consider the contract complete.

On receiving the suit please inspect it and try it on. If there is a problem with the suit then inform us immediately so we can offer a solution.

DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECURITY BAND UNLESS YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT AND ARE INTENDING ON KEEPING THE GOODS.

Goods should be returned in the condition they were received by you, with the original labels attached and the security band unbroken. Please note that we cannot refund return postage, except when the goods are found to be faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please get proof of posting as a minimum.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any order for alternative size or styles as long as you inform us within 14 working days, starting the day after the order is received. Simply send an e-mail, secure message or telephone within the regulation time. We will then instruct you to order a replacement on line. You will have to pay for the returns you sent to us.

If you have exceeded the terms time limit or have removed the Security Band we consider the contract as being completed and are unwilling to offer an exchange.

All Credit card details are collected using a third party Secure server and protected by 128 bit encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) technology. This means that your credit card details and other information entered in this window cannot be read by anyone else as it travels the internet. In fact it is statistically safer to order over the internet using a secure connection than it is to give your card details over the phone or in a restaurant.
